Chinese No Name Watches with “6497” handwind movement

A month ago, i finally had the guts to “risk” ordering some Asian-Unitas watches from Hong Kong. My fears were unfounded. These beauties offer a lot for the money. It remains to be seen how the movements will do in the long run. I selected two with identical cases with see-through bottoms, one has a carbon fiber dial and some Panerai to it, the other is similar to the Chronoswiss Timemaster with luminous hands and dial. Both are 43mm without the crown. Note that one is a “lefty” model with the crown installed for us handicapped people. The standard straps are of stiff leather and had to be replaced. The movements are Seagull 3620, copies of the ETA Unitas 6497. These watches are often found with the “Parnis” name on it and can be had on fleabay.
